1. Agreement
By using StarNestSocial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using StarNestSocial.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use StarNestSocial. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Users 18+ may participate in the rewarded advertising system to earn ESC (Earned Star Coins) and receive automatic monthly payouts. This age restriction ensures compliance with advertising regulations and money transmission laws.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and take responsibility for all account activity.
4. Content & Rights
You own your content but grant StarNestSocial a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.
Followers-Only Posts
Users with public profiles may mark individual posts as "followers-only" to restrict visibility to mutual followers only. Private profiles restrict all posts to mutual followers automatically.
4A. AI-Generated Content
StarNestSocial prohibits the posting of AI-generated content, including images, videos, audio, and text created by AI tools. Users must post only original content they created themselves.
Automated AI Content Detection
StarNestSocial uses machine learning systems to automatically analyze post captions and detect potential AI-generated content.
Tiered Enforcement System
- 95%+ AI Probability: Post automatically removed with critical warning
- 85-94% AI Probability: Post flagged for human review with critical warning
- 70-84% AI Probability: Post flagged for human review with warning
- Below 70%: Post auto-approved
AI-assisted editing tools (spell-check, photo filters) are acceptable. Content must be substantially created by you.
4B. Guest Posts & Nest Interactions
Guest Posts allow mutual followers to post text content (up to 2200 characters) directly to your nest (profile page). Guest posts inherit the nest owner's privacy settings. Nest owners are responsible for moderating guest posts on their nest.
4C. Gallery Posts & Content Sharing
Gallery Posts allow users to share (bookmark) posts to their nest's gallery. Gallery posts are references to the original post, not copies. Original author retains full ownership. If the original author deletes their post, it's removed from all galleries.
5. Prohibited Content
StarNestSocial strictly prohibits adult content, sexually explicit material, and nudity. This applies to all content types including posts, profile images, live streams, and messages.
Prohibited Content Includes:
- Pornography or sexually explicit imagery/video
- Full or partial nudity (including implied nudity)
- Sexual acts or simulated sexual acts
- Sexually suggestive content intended to arouse
- Sexual services or solicitation
Enforcement:
- First offense: Content removal and warning
- Second offense: 7-day account suspension
- Third offense: Permanent account ban
- Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban without warning
5A. Child Safety & CSAM Policy
StarNestSocial maintains a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
In compliance with federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), StarNest LLC is registered as an Electronic Service Provider with NCMEC. All suspected CSAM is reported to NCMEC CyberTipline within 24 hours. Accounts found to contain CSAM are immediately and permanently terminated. Evidence is preserved for law enforcement.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not bully, harass, or threaten others
- Do not post hate speech, discriminatory content, scams, spam, or fraud
- Do not use bots or exploits
- Do not impersonate others
6A. Blocking & User Interactions
Users can block others from their Nest or via post action menus. Blocking is mutual and immediate—blocked users cannot view your content, and you cannot view theirs. The "Double Downvote" feature (2 per day) automatically blocks a content creator and removes their content from your feed.
6B. Content Reporting & Moderation
Users can report posts for: Spam/Scam, Inappropriate Content, Harassment, Violence/Threats, Copyright Violation, or Other reasons. Reporter identity is protected. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. False reports may result in account restrictions.
6C. Live Streaming Features
StarNestSocial offers browser streaming (WebRTC) and software streaming (RTMP via OBS/Streamlabs). Streams must comply with all platform rules. StarNestSocial reserves the right to terminate streams that violate policies without warning.
6D. Direct Messaging & Data Collection
Messages support text, images, videos, audio, emojis, reactions, and shared posts. Messages are encrypted in transit (TLS) but not end-to-end encrypted. Deleted messages are soft-deleted and recoverable for 90 days for legal/safety reasons. Account deletion removes messages after 90 days.
6E. Advertising System & Revenue Sharing
StarNestSocial offers a voluntary advertising system where users earn ESC by watching advertisements. Participation is optional.
Ad Types
- UA (User Ads): 10 views per day max. Higher ESC earnings. Must click button to view.
- OUA (Overflow User Ads): Unlimited views. Revenue split: 45% viewer, 45% creator, 10% platform.
- Auto-Play Platform Ads: Triggered after skipping 3+ rewarded ads. 100% platform revenue. Skippable after 5 seconds.
Ad fraud (bots, automated clicking, VPNs) is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of ESC earnings.
6F. Advertiser Terms
Advertisers are subject to a separate Advertiser Terms of Service in addition to these general Terms.
6G. Account Restrictions & Suspensions
Accounts may be restricted (payout block) or fully blocked (no access) for fraud signals, failed verification, policy violations, chargebacks, or manual admin action. Appeals via starnestsocial@gmail.com within 5-7 business days.
7. Enforcement
StarNestSocial reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or ban accounts or forfeit unpaid earnings for violations. Each warning results in an automatic 100-point reduction to your Magnet Score.
8. Payments & Earnings - Revenue Share Model
Independent Service Provider Agreement: By participating in StarNestSocial's revenue-sharing program, you are acting as an independent service provider, not an employee. StarNestSocial shares advertising revenue as compensation for creating content and engaging with the platform.
ESC (Earned Star Coins) represents your share of advertising revenue (100 ESC = $1.00 USD).
Automatic Monthly Payouts
- Payout Schedule: 15th of each month
- Minimum Payout (First): $5.00 USD
- Minimum Payout (Subsequent): $100.00 USD
- Processing: Via Stripe Connect to your verified bank account
Payout Eligibility
- Complete Stripe identity verification (government ID)
- Be 18+ years old
- Meet minimum balance threshold
- Account in good standing (no fraud flags)
Not an Investment: ESC earnings are compensation for engagement, not investment returns. You are not purchasing securities or equity. Earnings may be zero if no advertisers are participating.
8A. One Verified Account Per Person
Each person may maintain only one (1) verified account for payouts. Duplicate accounts result in: automatic payout block, account termination, forfeiture of all ESC, and possible legal action. Detection methods include Stripe KYC, biometric matching, banking info tracking, and device fingerprinting.
8B. Payout Restrictions
Payouts may be restricted for: unverified accounts, duplicate accounts, fraud signals, insufficient balance, policy violations, chargebacks, legal holds, or security reviews. Appeals via starnestsocial@gmail.com.
8C. Stripe Payment Processing Terms
StarNestSocial uses Stripe for identity verification and payout processing. By receiving payouts, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Services Agreement. Stripe's terms are incorporated by reference.
9. Changes to Service
We may change, pause, or end StarNestSocial or any feature at any time without liability.
9A. Account Deletion & Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
90-Day Grace Period
Account deletion enters a 90-day grace period. During this time your account is deactivated but not permanently removed. You may contact starnestsocial@gmail.com to cancel the deletion. After 90 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
ESC Balance & Pending Payouts
- Processing payouts: Payouts already submitted to Stripe will complete normally
- Unpaid ESC: Forfeited upon account deletion. No final payout for sub-threshold balances
- Recommendation: Wait until after the 15th-of-month payout cycle before deleting
Data Retention Post-Deletion
- Financial records (IRS): up to 7 years
- CSAM/law enforcement reports: as required by legal process
- Fraud investigation records: up to 2 years
- Anonymized analytics: indefinitely (not personally identifiable)

10. Limitation of Liability
StarNestSocial is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, service downtime, deleted content, or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you earned in the six months before a claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StarNestSocial, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or content.
12. Arbitration & Waiver
All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Nevada under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
14. Export & Sanctions Compliance
You may not use StarNestSocial if you are located in a sanctioned country or on a restricted list maintained by OFAC.
OFAC/SDN Screening for Payouts
Before processing any payout, StarNestSocial screens all recipient accounts against the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List). This screening is mandatory.
- Automated Screening: Name and identifying info checked against SDN database before each payout cycle
- Match Handling: Potential matches result in immediate payout hold pending manual review
- False Positives: Contact starnestsocial@gmail.com with government-issued ID to resolve
- Confirmed Matches: Immediate account termination, forfeiture of all ESC, and reporting to OFAC
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains valid. These Terms are the full agreement between you and StarNestSocial.
16. Your Data Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have specific privacy rights:
- GDPR (EU/EEA/UK): Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object. See our Privacy Policy.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): Right to know, delete, opt-out of sale/sharing, and non-discrimination. See our California Privacy Notice.
- Other U.S. State Laws: We comply with Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other applicable frameworks.
To exercise any privacy right, email starnestsocial@gmail.com with subject "Privacy Rights Request." Response within 30 days.
17. DMCA & Copyright
StarNestSocial respects intellectual property rights and complies with the DMCA.

18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration (Section 12) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Legal Appendix (Nevada Law)
- Arbitration (NRS Chapter 38; FAA): Arbitration agreements are binding when agreed to clearly.
- Unconscionability (NRS 104.2302; NRS 116.1112): Courts may strike unfair terms, but the rest of the contract stands.
- Specific Authorization (NRS 597.995): By clicking "I Agree," you provide explicit consent to arbitration.
- RUAG Ammotech GmbH v. Archon Firearms, Inc. (2023): Arbitration may apply to affiliates and related parties.
- Consideration: By using StarNestSocial, you receive services, and we receive agreement to our Terms.
- Force Majeure: Nevada law respects clauses excusing performance for events beyond our control.
- Consumer Protection: These Terms provide clear notice and fair terms consistent with Nevada law.
