1. Where the Money Comes From
StarNestSocial operates an advertising revenue-sharing program. Here's the simple truth:
Advertisers pay StarNestSocial → StarNestSocial shares with you
- Advertisers pay StarNestSocial to show ads to our users
- StarNestSocial shares a portion of that revenue with users who engage
- You receive compensation proportional to your engagement activity
We never ask you for money. StarNestSocial is free to use. All funds come from advertisers.
2. ESC (Earned Star Coins) Explained
ESC is StarNestSocial's internal tracking currency. It represents your share of advertising revenue.
What ESC IS:
- A way to track your earned revenue share
- Convertible to real money (USD) at payout time
- Compensation for your engagement activities
What ESC is NOT:
- NOT a cryptocurrency or token
- NOT stored value or a deposit
- NOT an investment with expected returns
- NOT transferable between users
Exchange Rate: 100 ESC = $1.00 USD (subject to change)
Minimum Payout: $5 first time, $100 thereafter
3. Two Ways to Earn
When ads are active, you can earn through two mechanisms:
UA (User Ads)
You watch ads on your feed
Revenue Split:
- 60% → You (the viewer)
- 40% → StarNestSocial
Limited to 10 per day
OUA (Other User Ads)
Others watch ads triggered by your content
Revenue Split:
- 45% → Viewer
- 45% → Content Creator (you)
- 10% → StarNestSocial
Based on Magnet Score
4. Magnet Score — NOT Money
Critical Disclaimer: Magnet Score has NO monetary value. It cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or converted to money. It is an internal algorithmic ranking signal only.
Your Magnet Score (0-820) determines your content's visibility priority and OUA distribution probability.
What Affects Magnet Score:
- Receiving likes and positive engagement (+)
- Creating quality content that others engage with (+)
- Receiving warnings or violations (-100 per warning)
- Receiving double-downvotes (-)
5. No Sponsor = No Earnings
This is the most important thing to understand:
ESC earnings are funded entirely by advertising revenue. StarNestSocial does not create ESC from nothing.
- If no advertisers are participating → No ESC can be earned that day
- House ads (StarNestSocial promotions) do NOT generate user earnings
- StarNestSocial never owes you money that hasn't been funded by advertisers
6. Payout Schedule
- Payout Day: 15th of each month
- First Payout Minimum: $5.00 USD (500 ESC)
- Subsequent Payout Minimum: $100.00 USD (10,000 ESC)
- Method: Direct deposit via Stripe Connect
- Requirements: Complete KYC verification, 18+ years old, account in good standing
7. This Is NOT an Investment
StarNestSocial operates as an advertising platform with revenue sharing. Users receive advertising participation compensation—not wages, dividends, tips, or investment returns.
- You are not investing money in StarNestSocial
- You are not purchasing securities, equity, or ownership
- There is no expectation of profit from the efforts of others
- StarNestSocial makes no guarantees about future earnings
- Earnings may be zero if no advertisers are participating
8. Your Responsibilities
To be eligible for earnings, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Complete identity verification (KYC) through Stripe
- Maintain one account only (no duplicates)
- Follow all Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
- Not attempt to manipulate the system through fraud, bots, or fake engagement
- Report your earnings for tax purposes as required by your jurisdiction
